How does your stock status work?
Item is complete and ready to fulfil orders. We do hold very limited stock and people adding to basket reserves that stock until they checkout, remove hit from the basket or our system considers the cart as abandoned.
Made items are reserved in someone else’s cart or we are due to make some soon. Normally we have the base materials ready to produce the item.
Customisable products for which the customisation is integral to the design and cannot be made in advance will show as backorder.
Products that are pre-made and have small or quick customisations may show as backorder at busy times.
We have no items pre-made in may not be in a position due to the time to manufacture or having insufficient base materials to complete the item.

Currently we do not offer next day delivery on checkout as the majority of our products are light weight and low value making next day delivery extremely expensive and overpriced.
As many of our customers normally require some sort of personalisation to items in their order which takes time to produce we do on some occasions automatically upgrade the delivery to next day to fulfil obligations to customers.
Whilst normal shipping speeds are not normally considered unreasonable we can at times be let down by our delivery service providers.
Please also bare in mind that some items require additional customisations prior to shipping that can also delay dispatch and delivery.
We endeavour to keep you as well informed as we can and always welcome additional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Many of our items although small, lightweight and are not always suitably sized to fit through a letter box. Many of our items are also fragile and require additional packaging to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.

Yes – for the most part we can alter the design or produce as an example in a different colour where ever practicable. Just Contact Us prior to ordering and we see what we can do for you.
Yes sometimes it is possible to create your ideas for you. Just Contact Us with a brief outline of what you want and we can discuss how to proceed further.
Projects are normally one offs, prototypes or concept ideas. Some of these items may contain images/wording that cannot be commercialised due to licensing regulations or costs to produce.
We do on occasion put prototypes or seconds on the store in the Prototype category with no fixed price so you can pay what you like.
Where ever possible we try to do our bit for the planet and not needlessly throwing away prototypes or slightly substandard goods is just one way we try to help the environment.
Everyone has a different perception on quality and the value of goods so we like to give you the opportunity to pay what you want or can afford for these items.
